At OmniLocal, we're dedicated to giving our clients the best possible service and sharing all of our knowledge on local SEO. As Google Ad Partners, we're committed to making sure you get important and correct leads, but we can also use Google Local Services to credit any leads that aren't legitimate.

Understanding the Lead Dispute Process

Local Services leads could occasionally be charged when you deem them not valid. Here at OmniLocal, we use a three-step procedure to dispute leads to handle these situations, however keep in mind that Google bases its disputes on what you say to leads over the phone:

1. Initial Review:

  • Review of the Recording: Our staff carefully listens to the recording and makes notes inside the lead profile after receiving a lead.
  • Automated Review: Next, Google's automated algorithm examines the lead to determine its quality.

2. Manual Rating:

  • Quality Assessment: Our staff manually evaluates the lead and rates it after two to three days. (The dispute process depends on this rating)
  • Lead Categorization: We determine the appropriate action for the lead based on the rating. Valid leads are moved to archived and invalid leads are kept active for monitoring.

3. Dispute Resolution:

  • Google Support: We give Google's support staff thorough comments if we think a lead isn't qualified for a charge.
  • Process Monitoring: For three to five business days, we keep a careful eye on the dispute procedure.
  • Additional evaluation: We get in touch with Google support directly to ask for a more thorough evaluation if the lead is still charged and we believe credit is appropriate.

Our Commitment to You

We recognize the significance of paying for valid vs invalid leads. Our hardworking staff is dedicated to resolving any lead disputes in a timely and efficient manner but remember to be concise when talking to leads for any future disputes. Yes or no when a lead is asking for help!
