This Privacy Policy explains how Simple Stack LLC DBA OmniLocal collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, join our waitlist, book an audit, create an account, connect a Google Business Profile, or use our visibility intelligence software. In this policy, OmniLocal, we, us, and our refer to Simple Stack LLC DBA OmniLocal.
OmniLocal is currently intended for users and businesses located in the United States.
Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and messages you send us.
- Waitlist, audit, and lead information, such as business type, service area, website, goals, and visibility concerns.
- Account information, such as login identifiers, authentication status, profile information, and organization membership.
- Google account and OAuth information, such as your Google account email, name, profile image, account identifiers, permission scopes, and authorization information needed to authenticate or connect Google Business Profile data.
- Business visibility data, such as Google Business Profile details, locations, categories, reviews, search observations, competitor comparisons, rankings, placement visibility, and related online presence data.
- Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, clicks, browser type, device type, IP address, approximate location, referring pages, and analytics events.
Clerk, Google OAuth, and Google Business Profile
OmniLocal may use Clerk to support authentication and Google OAuth connection flows. If you sign in with Google or connect a Google Business Profile, Google and Clerk may provide us with information needed to authenticate you, identify your account, and access the Google Business Profile data you authorize.
Depending on the permissions you approve, OmniLocal may process Google Business Profile information such as account and location identifiers, business names, categories, addresses or service areas, phone numbers, websites, hours, review information, profile attributes, and other data needed to provide visibility intelligence.
OmniLocal's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, operate, secure, and improve OmniLocal.
- Create and manage waitlist, beta, and account access.
- Authenticate users and connect authorized Google Business Profiles.
- Generate visibility intelligence, reports, recommendations, and competitor comparisons.
- Respond to inquiries, schedule audits, and provide support.
- Send product, beta, operational, and service communications.
- Measure website performance, product usage, and marketing effectiveness.
- Detect, prevent, and address security, fraud, abuse, and policy issues.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Scheduling and communications
If you book an audit or meeting, scheduling information may be processed through Cal.com or related calendar and communication tools. If you submit a form, join the waitlist, or contact us, we may use your information to respond, follow up, and send service-related messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails when an unsubscribe option is provided. We may still send transactional or service-related messages.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide OmniLocal, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, improve the product, and support security. Retention periods may vary based on the type of data and the reason we collected it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service, software platform, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you use OmniLocal with that understanding.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or disconnection of information associated with your OmniLocal account or waitlist record. We may need to verify your identity or authority before completing a request.
You may also be able to revoke Google OAuth access through your Google account settings. Revoking access may limit or disable features that depend on connected Google Business Profile data.
U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have privacy rights under state laws, such as the right to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of certain personal information, and the right to opt out of certain uses. OmniLocal does not sell personal information.

Children's privacy
OmniLocal is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

OmniLocal is currently intended for use in the United States. If you access the service from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use of OmniLocal after the policy changes means the updated policy applies.
